Refunds & Cancellations

1) General

Most items sold through Mabro are digital and delivered immediately via third‑party providers. Once a product is delivered as ordered, it is generally non‑refundable.

2) Wallet holds, reversals & failed transactions

  • We place a temporary hold on your wallet for the quoted amount.
  • If the vendor confirms success, the hold is captured and funds are debited.
  • If the vendor confirms failure, we release the hold or reverse the captured amount back to your wallet.
  • If status is unclear (e.g., “processing”), you can requery using status <request_id> in WhatsApp; we finalize once the vendor confirms.

3) Item‑specific guidance

  • Airtime & Data: Successful top‑ups are not refundable. Verify the destination number before confirming.
  • TV: Confirm your smartcard/IUC and bouquet. Delivered renewals/changes are not refundable.
  • Electricity: Tokens generated to a meter are typically non‑refundable; keep your token safe.
  • Education (WAEC/JAMB): Issued PINs are not refundable once generated.

4) Disputes & chargebacks

Contact us first so we can investigate with the provider. Unauthorized or fraudulent use may be referred to your financial institution and authorities.
